How does BumperDoc differ from other auto body repair shops?
While we can’t speak for other repair facilities, we do know that customers choose BumperDoc because we’re fast, friendly and honest. We strive to provide quick repairs to your damaged vehicle. And while we’ve been known to restore vehicles in as little as a day, we never compromise safety or quality to do so. How can I be sure your facility is reputable and professional?
Finding a trustworthy auto body repair shop is a primary concern for most customers. Every BumperDoc location is licensed with the State, which is the first place to look when establishing a body shop’s credibility. We’re also fully insured to cover your vehicle while it is in our care. We offer a lifetime warranty on all paintwork and work until you’re completely satisfied with our repairs. But don’t take out word for it. Compliments from our current, past and returning customers are the best evidence of our work. Click here to see testimonials/reviews.
How much do you charge for an estimate?
We offer free written estimates. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to bring your vehicle to the BumperDoc location near you. How long will it take to repair my vehicle? When you come in for an estimate, we’ll carefully inspect the damage to your vehicle to determine how long repairs might take. Our goal is to complete all auto body repairs in 2-3 days. And depending on the damage, some repairs may even be done in a matter of hours.
How I can be sure repair is a better way to fix vehicle damage?
There are many benefits to repairing your vehicle, over replacing parts. The primary advantage is savings in time and money. Replacing parts can be costly. Plus, there is usually a delay in receiving new parts for your vehicle, which means you’ll be without your vehicle for several days—possibly weeks! When we inspect the damage on your vehicle, we offer you repair solutions that not only save you time and money, but ensure your vehicle is safe to drive and has a like new appearance.
What should I do if I have been involved in an accident?
Your first priority is to ensure the safety of others and call for medical assistance, if necessary. The laws in your State and the terms of your insurance contract will outline your responsibilities after you’ve been in an accident. For example, you may be required to file a police report if you’ve been in an accident. And for insurance purposes, it’s important to exchange the following information with the other driver(s) involved: – Full name – Address – Telephone number(s) – The name of the insurance company
